Consulting and project services
Refunds, deposits, rescheduling, cancellation fees, and payment milestones are set out in the accepted written proposal or service agreement.
Event tickets and registrations
Each event may have its own cancellation, transfer, and refund terms, including terms from a third-party registration provider.
How to request help
Email info@filafrik.ca with the service or event, purchase date, reference, and reason for the request. Do not email payment-card or banking details.
Consumer rights
This policy does not remove any cancellation, refund, or other remedy available under applicable law.
